According to our group the difference between the U.S goverment and the indonesian goverment  lies in its system of government, the indonesian government system of pancasila (republic) which mean that everything within the territory of the indonesian republic is the property of the state. while the U.S government is a liberal system (perlemen) which means recognizing the right of ownership of every citizen of individual. so the difference is in the recognitions  of individual property rights and form of state.
